Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to accept a return for refund on all qualified items. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags/boxes.You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Any masks are eligible for return ONLY if the packet has NOT been opened. 

A note regarding COVID-19 -- We are currently taking extra precautions when receiving and processing goods. With that being said, any opened packet of masks are non-returnable due to sanitary reasons. We hope that you will understand that during these uncertain times our goal is both the safety of our staff and taking care of you, our customer. Thank you for your understanding.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@stylek.studio. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Additionally, due to sanitary purposes we are unable to receive any opened packets of breathable masks. 


Exchanges 

Style K Studio does not accept exchanges at this time. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item first, and return the item that did not work out. 


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take up to 10 business days to process and update depending on your bank or payment provider.
